Inspired by other Substance Designer artists. Modeled the light in Zbrush to extract a height map to use in Designer (it was more practical), made the wires and wood wall in Substance Designer and Painter, rendered it all in Marmoset, after setting up the scene in 3dsmax. I saw people making barbed wire materials with a 3d volume, so I thought I could do it, and it works.. The lights are two planes each facing the other direction and the height maps makes the volume for each side.
